Scott is a coach, life scientist, leader, data scientist, innovator, business strategist, lifelong learner, husband, and dad. He holds a B.S. in mathematics and biochemistry, a Ph.D. in molecular genetics and cell biology, and an M.B.A. in management and analytics. As an R&D scientist at a Fortune 500 healthcare company, Scott has developed over a dozen biochemical products, created machine learning models that monitor product performance, and designed his own job as the leader of an analytics group. Scott has a passion for coaching scientists, and wants to share his experience with you.
